A REALTOR® is a member of the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION of REALTORS® and subscribes to its strict Code of Ethics.Code of Ethics
The Code establishes time-honored and baseline principles that come from the collective experiences of REALTORS® since the Code of Ethics was first established in 1913. Those principles can be loosely defined as:
Loyalty to clients;
Fiduciary (legal) duty to clients;
Cooperation with competitors;
Truthfulness in statements and advertising;
and non-interference in exclusive relationships that other REALTORS® have with their clients.
To earn a designation, a REALTOR® a real estate agent has taken coursework and demonstrated specific skills, performance and knowledge in a particular area of the real estate industry.

After living in the metro areas of Washington D.C., NYC and Denver, I moved back to Columbia to be closer to family. Having lived outside of Columbia I have a unique perspective on all the wonderful things that Columbia has to offer and am eager to share my knowledge with others. I am a huge supporter of everything local from MU athletics to restaurants and eateries, shops and boutiques and local cultural events. Since I am a foodie and love to cook as well as enjoy the many food and wine options in Columbia (some which have received national recognition) you will find me out on one of the many great trails riding my bike, walking my dog or playing golf. Having traveled extensively for the last 5 years it is great to be able to enjoy so much right here in Mid-Missouri!
